After I stuffed my face with icebox cream pie and banana pudding at Magnolia Bakery on Friday night, I used my KitchenAid stand mixer (with the ice cream maker attachment) to make fresh fig ice cream for TasteSpotting.
And then I stuffed my face with it.
I'm now thinking of amending the Christmas carol to sing, "Now, bring us some figgy ice cream."

YUM! Currently OBSESSED with my new Cuisinart maker... In a week I've made lemon basil sorbet, strawberry rose sorbet, and farmers market peach gelato. MUST try this!
